Dan Williams
Principal/Chief Development Officer
As a former safety for the Michigan Wolverines, Dan has always thrived in collaborative environments- especially those that allow him to build something meaningful from the ground up. After graduating from the University of Michigan in 2000, he took his first step into real estate by purchasing, renovating, and flipping a home in Ann Arbor. Inspired by the distinct character of the city’s neighborhoods, Dan became focused on creating projects that honored Ann Arbor’s architectural heritage while meeting the modern needs of today’s homeowners.
For Dan, it has always come down to the details—thoughtful design, true craftsmanship, and uncompromising quality.
These principles ultimately guided him to launch Maven Development in 2012. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience in the high-end residential market, Dan has expanded his expertise into commercial and multi-family development throughout southeast Michigan and northwest Ohio. Today, he works with a seasoned team of local architects, designers, and tradesmen who help bring his vision to life: seamlessly blending the timeless character of the “old” with the innovation of the “new.”

Chelsea Williams
Project Coordinator
After nine years in the pharmaceutical industry, Chelsea joined Maven Development in 2014, bringing with her a strong foundation in sales, business development, and client-focused strategy. In her role, she oversees every facet of project coordination—from managing timelines and guiding selection decisions to implementing cost-saving measures and cultivating lasting client relationships. As Maven’s central communicator, Chelsea ensures that each project moves forward seamlessly and with exceptional attention to detail.
Chelsea graduated from the University of Michigan in 2005 with a Bachelor’s in English and earned All-American honors as captain of the Michigan women’s gymnastics team—a testament to her discipline, leadership, and drive.
